LiteratureReview: Severalstudieshaveexploredtheacquisitionofadverbialconjunctionsbysecondlanguagelearners.ResearchhasshownthattheacquisitionofadverbialconjunctionsisacomplexprocessinfluencedbyvariousfactorssuchasL1background,proficiencylevel,inputfrequency,andlanguageexposure.StudiesfocusingonKoreanlearnershavehighlightedthechallengesfacedbyKoreanstudentsinacquiringEnglishadverbialconjunctionsduetostructuralandfunctionaldifferencesbetweenthetwolanguages.KoreanstudentsoftenstruggletograspthenuancedmeaningsandappropriateusageofadverbialconjunctionsinEnglishdiscourse. Methodology: Thisstudyutilizesamixed-methodsapproachtoinvestigatetheacquisitionofadverbialconjunctionsbyKoreanstudentsstudyingabroad.AsampleofKoreanstudentsstudyinginvariousuniversitiesindifferentcountrieswillbeselected.Datacollectionwillincludebothqualitativeandquantitativemethods.Questionnairesandinterviewswillbeconductedtogatherinformationaboutstudents'awarenessandunderstandingofadverbialconjunctions.Additionally,students'writtenassignmentsandoralpresentationswillbeanalyzedfortheaccurateuseanddistributionofadverbialconjunctions.
