Methodology: Toconductthiscasestudy,asampleofEnglishinternshipteacherswasselectedfromdifferenteducationalinstitutions.Thestudyfocusedonobservingtheclassroominteractions,analyzinginstructionalmaterialsused,collectingsurveydata,andconductinginterviewswiththeteachers. Results: 1.ClarityandConciseness:Thestudyfoundthatsuccessfulinternshipteachersusedlanguagethatwasclearandconcise.Theyprovidedsimpleinstructionstoensurestudentscouldeasilyunderstandandfollowthem.Moreover,theyavoidedusingunnecessaryjargonorcomplexvocabularythatmightconfusethestudents. 2.EngagingandInteractive:Effectiveinternshipteachersencouragedstudentengagementthroughinteractiveinstructions.Theyutilizedopen-endedquestions,discussion-basedactivities,andgroupworktopromoteactiveparticipation.Bydoingso,theyfosteredapositivelearningenvironmentthatencouragedstudentstotakeownershipoftheirlearning. 3.VisualandMultimodalInstruction:Thestudyrevealedthatinternshipteachersusedvariousvisualaidsandmultimediaresourcestosupporttheirinstructions.TheyemployedPowerPointpresentations,videos,andimagestomaketheirteachingvisuallyappealingandstimulatestudents'interest.Thesevisualandmultimodalstrategieshelpedenhancecomprehensionandretentionofthecontent. 4.DifferentiationandIndividualization:Competentteachersemployeddifferentiatedinstructiontechniquestocatertostudents'diverseneedsandabilities.Theyoffereddifferentlevelsofdifficultyorprovidedalternativetaskstoaccommodatestudents'learningstylesandpreferences.Thesestrategieshelpedcreateaninclusiveclassroomwhereallstudentswerechallengedandsupported. 5.
