Introduction: Theproductiveserviceindustryreferstothesectorthatprovidesspecializedservicestobusinesses,suchasconsulting,logistics,informationtechnology,andresearchanddevelopment.Itprovidesessentialsupporttomanufacturingindustriesbyfacilitatingproductivityimprovementsandefficiencygains.Themanufacturingindustry,ontheotherhand,isresponsibleforproducinggoodsandphysicalproducts.Itheavilydependsonthesupportandservicesprovidedbytheproductiveserviceindustrytoenhanceitscompetitiveness. Methodology: TheMS-VARmodelisasuitableapproachtoanalyzethedynamicrelationshipbetweentheproductiveserviceindustryandthemanufacturingindustry.Thismodelallowsforanalyzingtheinterdependenciesbetweendifferentvariablesinasystembyestimatingthesimultaneousequationsthatgoverntheirrelationships.Byapplyingthismodel,itbecomespossibletounderstandthekeyfactorsthatinfluencetheinteractionbetweenthesetwosectorsandtheirdynamicbehaviorovertime.
