基于无性繁殖过程的蝙蝠蛾拟青霉循环发酵方法(英文) Title:CirculationFermentationMethodofBatMothBeauveriaBassianaBasedonAsexualReproductionProcess Abstract: TheBeauveriabassianaisawell-knownentomopathogenicfunguswithawiderangeofhostinsectsandhasthepotentialtobedevelopedasanenvironmentallyfriendlybiopesticide.TheuseofBeauveriabassianainagriculturehasbeenlimitedbecauseofitslowproductionefficiencyandhighproductioncost.Inthispaper,weproposedacirculationfermentationmethodbasedontheasexualreproductionprocessofbatmothBeauveriabassianatoimprovetheproductionefficiencyandreducetheproductioncost.Themethodincludesoptimizingtheparametersoffermentation,separatingthesporesfromthemycelium,andrecyclingthemyceliumtothenextfermentationcycle.TheresultsshowedthatthecirculationfermentationmethodsignificantlyimprovedtheproductionefficiencyofBeauveriabassianacomparedtothetraditionalfermentationmethod,andthesporeyieldreached1.2×10^11CFU/mLundertheoptimalfermentationparameters.Thismethodhasthepotentialtobeappliedtolarge-scaleproductionofBeauveriabassianaandpromotethedevelopmentofbiopesticides.
