基于Bézier曲线的柔性曲面装配变动分析(英文) Abstract Inthispaper,wepresentamethodforanalyzingassemblyvariationusingBéziercurve-basedflexiblesurface.Thismethodiscapableofcapturingthecomplexgeometricvariationsthatoccurduringtheassemblyprocess.ThemainideaistouseBéziercurvestodescribetheshapeofeachpartandthenusethemtoconstructtheflexiblesurface.Thevariationintheassemblycanthenbeanalyzedbymeasuringthedeformationofthesurfacecausedbythevariationinpartshapes.TheresultingdeformationisexpressedasafunctionofthecontrolpointsoftheBéziercurves.Simulationresultsdemonstratethattheproposedmethodiseffectiveincapturingbothlargeandsmallvariationsintheassemblyprocess. Introduction Assemblyvariationanalysisisanimportanttopicinmanufacturingengineering.Duringtheassemblyprocess,partsareoftensubjectedtoavarietyofgeometricvariations,whichcancauseproblemssuchasinterference,misalignment,andexcessivestress.Therefore,itisimportanttodevelopmethodsforanalyzingandreducingthesevariations. Onecommonapproachforanalyzingassemblyvariationistouserigidbodytransformationmatrices.However,thismethodislimitedtosmallassemblyvariationsandcannotcapturethecomplexgeometricchangesthatoccurduringtheassemblyprocess.Anotherapproachistousefiniteelementmethods,whichcancapturetheflexibilityoftheparts,butarecomputationallyexpensiveanddifficulttosetup. Inthispaper,weproposeamethodforanalyzingassemblyvariationusingBéziercurve-basedflexiblesurface.Béziercurvesarewidelyusedincomputergraphicsandhaveseveraladvantages,suchaseasymanipulationandefficientalgorithmicimplementation.ByusingBéziercurvestodescribetheshapeofeachpartandconstructingtheflexiblesurface,wecancapturethecomplexgeometricvariationsthatoccurduringtheassemblyprocess.
