高中英语教师反思性教学现状的调查研究 Title:InvestigatingandReflectingontheCurrentStatusofReflectiveTeachinginHighSchoolEnglishEducation Introduction: Reflectiveteachingisanessentialapproachforteacherstocontinuouslyimprovetheirinstructionalmethodsandmeetthediverseneedsoftheirstudents.InthecontextofhighschoolEnglisheducation,itbecomescrucialforteacherstoreflectontheirteachingpracticestoenhancestudentengagement,promoteeffectivelearning,andaddressvaryinglearningstyles.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatethecurrentstatusofreflectiveteachingamongsthighschoolEnglishteachersanditsimpactonstudentoutcomes. Methods: Toconductthisresearch,aquestionnairesurveywasdistributedamonghighschoolEnglishteachersfromdifferentschools.Thequestionnaireconsistedofbothopen-endedandclosed-endedquestionstogatherqualitativeandquantitativedata.Additionally,interviewswereconductedwithselectedteacherstogaindeeperinsightsintotheirreflectivepractices. Findings: 1.AwarenessandUnderstandingofReflectiveTeaching: ThesurveyrevealedthatamajorityoftheparticipatingEnglishteachershadabasicunderstandingofreflectiveteaching.However,therewerevaryinglevelsofself-awarenessamongteachersregardingtheirownreflectivepractices.Manyteachersreportedhavinglimitedexposuretoformaltrainingorprofessionaldevelopmentopportunitiesfocusedonreflectiveteaching.Thislackoftraininghinderedtheirabilitytoengageinreflectivepracticeseffectively. 2.UtilizationofReflectiveTeachingStrategies: Whilesometeachersacknowledgedtheimportanceofusingreflectiveteachingstrategies,thesurveyindicatedthatmostteachersstillreliedheavilyontraditionalteachingmethods.Theuseofreflectivestrategiessuchasjournaling,peerobservation,andconferenceswithcolleaguesormentorswaslimited.Manyteachersidentifiedtimeconstraintsandheavyworkloadsasbarrierstoimplementingreflectivepracticesintheirdailyteachingroutine. 3.ImpactonStudentOutcomes: Teacherswhoactivelyengagedinreflectiveteachingreportedpositiveeffectsonstudentoutcomes.Theseteachersobservedincreasedstudentengagement,participation,andmotivation.Theyw
