Introduction: Reflectiveteachinghasgainedsignificantattentionineducationalresearchinrecentyears.Itprovidesteacherswithopportunitiesforprofessionalgrowthandenhancesthequalityofteachingandlearning.However,itsimplementationinjuniorhighschoolEnglishclassroomsremainslargelyunexplored.ThisstudyaimstofillthisgapbyinvestigatingthecurrentstatusofreflectiveteachinginthecontextofjuniorhighschoolEnglisheducation. Methodology: Theresearchmethodologyemployedisacombinationofqualitativeandquantitativeapproaches.PrimarydatawillbecollectedthroughinterviewsandclassroomobservationswithEnglishteachersinjuniorhighschools.Additionally,aquestionnairesurveywillbeconductedamongteachersandstudentstogathertheirperceptionsandexperienceswithreflectiveteachingpractices.Thecollecteddatawillbeanalyzedusingstatisticalmethodsandthematicanalysistechniquestoderivemeaningfulinsights. Results: Basedontheanalysisofcollecteddata,itwasfoundthatthelevelofimplementationofreflectiveteachinginjuniorhighschoolEnglishclassroomsisrelativelylow.Manyteachersstillrelyontraditionalteachingmethodswithoutcriticallyreflectingontheirpractices.Thislackofreflectiveteachingcanresultinlimitedprofessionaldevelopmentopportunitiesandinhibittheimprovementofteachingstandards.
