网络嵌入、知识差异对软件企业公司创业绩效的影响研究 Abstract Inrecentyears,moreandmoresoftwareenterpriseshaveemergedinthemarket,whichcausesfiercecompetitionanddemandsenterprises'excellentperformance.Therefore,exploringthefactorsthataffecttheentrepreneurialperformanceofsoftwarecompaniesbecomesanessentialissue.Thispaperfocusesontwoprimaryfactors:networkembeddingandknowledgedifferences,andtheirinfluencesontheentrepreneurialperformanceofsoftwareenterprises.Throughanalyzingtheliteratureandconductingacasestudyontwosoftwareenterprises,thefindingsrevealthatnetworkembeddingandknowledgedifferenceshavesignificantimpactsontheentrepreneurialperformanceofsoftwarecompanies.Strategiessuchasenhancingnetworkrelationships,promotingknowledgetransfer,andbuildinginternalknowledge-sharingmechanismscanhelpsoftwarecompaniesimprovetheirentrepreneurialperformance. Introduction Theentrepreneurialperformanceofsoftwarecompanies,whichrepresentstheextenttowhichthesefirmscancreatevaluebybringinginnovativeproductsandservicestothemarket,hasbecomeincreasinglycrucialinthecurrentcompetitivebusinesslandscape.Entrepreneursseekingtocreatenewsoftwarecompaniesarefacedwithnumerouschallenges,includingstiffcompetition,aconstantlyevolvingtechnologicalenvironment,andlimitedresources.Therefore,understandingthefactorsthatinfluencetheperformanceofsoftwarecompaniesbecomescritical.Networkembeddingandknowledgedifferencesaretwoprimaryfactorsthatcanaffecttheentrepreneurialperformanceofsoftwareenterprises. Networkembedding,alsoknownasnetworkdensity,isthedegreetowhichasoftwarecompanyisembeddedinitsorganizationalenvironment,includingrelationshipswithotherfirms,customers,suppliers,andstakeholders.Networkembeddingenhancesafirm'soverallaccesstovaluableresourcessuchasknowledge,information,andtechnologies,whichcanfacilitateinnovationandenhanceentrepreneurialperformance(Nahapiet&Ghoshal,1998).Knowledgedifference,ontheotherhand,referstotheheterogeneityofknowledge,skills,andexperienceswithinasoftwarecompany'sworkforce.Suchdifferencescanpositivelyimpactentre
