杨梅素及二氢杨梅素对HEK293细胞hKv1.5通道的抑制作用研究 摘要: 本文旨在研究杨梅素及二氢杨梅素对HEK293细胞hKv1.5通道的抑制作用。通过整体细胞膜片钳技术记录hKv1.5通道电流,研究杨梅素及二氢杨梅素对其电流的抑制作用。结果显示,随着药物浓度的增加,杨梅素和二氢杨梅素均可显著抑制hKv1.5通道电流。此外,二氢杨梅素的抑制作用更为明显。综合上述结果,认为杨梅素及二氢杨梅素均具有抑制hKv1.5通道的作用,有望成为治疗相关心血管疾病的潜在药物。 关键词:杨梅素,二氢杨梅素,hKv1.5通道,抑制作用 Abstract: TheaimofthisstudyistoinvestigatetheinhibitoryeffectsofmyricetinanddihydromyricetinonhKv1.5channelinHEK293cells.Whole-cellpatchclamptechniquewasusedtorecordthehKv1.5channelcurrents,andtheinhibitoryeffectsofmyricetinanddihydromyricetinonthecurrentwerestudied.TheresultsshowedthatbothmyricetinanddihydromyricetincouldsignificantlyinhibitthehKv1.5channelcurrentwithincreasingdrugconcentration.Inaddition,theinhibitoryeffectofdihydromyricetinwasmoresignificant.Inconclusion,bothmyricetinanddihydromyricetinhaveinhibitoryeffectsonhKv1.5channel,andtheyhavethepotentialtobecomepotentialdrugsforthetreatmentofrelatedcardiovasculardiseases.
