Methodology: 1.Sample:Thestudywasconductedamongasampleofruralhighschoolstudentsfromdifferentregions.Anequalnumberofstudentsfromeachgradewereselected,ensuringadiverserepresentation. 2.TrainingProgram:AsystematicEnglishlearningstrategiestrainingprogramwasdeveloped,focusingonkeyareassuchasvocabularybuilding,readingcomprehension,listeningcomprehension,speaking,andwriting.Theprogramincorporatedvariousinteractiveandengagingteachingmethods,includinggroupactivities,roleplays,andmultimediaresources. 3.DataCollection:Pre-trainingandpost-trainingassessmentswereconductedtomeasuretheimpactofthetrainingprogram.Theassessmentsincludedtests,questionnaires,andinterviewstogatherquantitativeandqualitativedata.Thestudents'performanceintheseassessmentswasanalyzedtodeterminetheeffectivenessofthetrainingprogram.
