ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheeffectivenessofEnglishreadingstrategytrainingforjuniorhighschoolstudents,aswellasitsimpactonstudents’Englishreadingabilityandreadinghabits.Theresearchadoptsexperimentalresearchmethod,andbycomparingtheexperimentalgroupwiththecontrolgroup,itshowsthattheexperimentalgrouphassignificantlyimprovedinreadingcomprehension,readingspeedandreadinghabits.Meanwhile,students’feedbackandopinionsarecollectedthroughquestionnairesurveyandinterview,andtheimpactoftrainingonstudents’learningmotivation,confidenceandreadinginterestareanalyzed.ThestudyshowsthatthetrainingofEnglishreadingstrategieshelpstoimprovejuniorhighschoolstudents’readingabilityandreadinghabits,enhancetheirlearningmotivationandconfidence,andpromotetheirinterestandloveforEnglishreading.
