以DT公司为例的中小企业内部控制问题研究 Abstract Internalcontrolisessentialforallenterprises,includingsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises(SMEs).ThisresearchfocusesontheDTCompanyasanexampleofaSMEtoinvestigateinternalcontrolissues.Throughliteraturereviewandinterviewswiththecompany’smanagement,thispaperanalyzestheimportanceofinternalcontrolforSMEs,therelevantlawsandregulations,andthechallengesthatSMEsmayencounterinimplementinginternalcontrol.TheresearchfindsthatDTCompanyhasestablishedarelativelycomprehensiveinternalcontrolsystem,butthereisstillroomforimprovement,especiallyintermsofriskidentificationandmanagement.ThisresearchprovidessuggestionsforSMEstoimprovetheirinternalcontrolsystemandtobettercopewiththeincreasinglycomplexbusinessenvironment. Introduction Inthecurrentbusinessenvironment,internalcontrolhasbecomeanincreasinglyimportanttopicforallenterprises,especiallyforsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises(SMEs).SMEsplayacrucialroleintheglobaleconomy,astheyaccountforalargeshareoftotalemploymentandcontributesignificantlytoeconomicgrowthandinnovation.However,SMEsoftenfaceuniquechallengesinimplementinginternalcontrolduetotheirlimitedresourcesandexpertise.ThisresearchwillfocusontheDTCompanyasatypicalSMEtoanalyzetheinternalcontrolissuesthatSMEsmayencounterandtoprovidesuggestionsforimprovement.
