I.UnderstandingSocialCapital: Socialcapitalreferstothenetworks,relationships,andtrustamongindividualsandorganizationsthatenablethemtocollectivelyachievecommongoals.Itencompassesbothbondingsocialcapital(connectionsamongsimilarindividualsorgroups)andbridgingsocialcapital(relationshipsbetweendiverseindividualsorgroups).Inthecontextofoldneighborhoodrevitalization,socialcapitalactsasacatalystforcommunityengagement,cooperation,andresourcemobilization.
