Introduction: Radarsignalsynthesisandseparationreferstotheprocessofcombiningandisolatingdifferentradarsignals,whichcouldincludetargetechoes,clutter,jamming,andnoise.Theabilitytoaccuratelyextractandseparatedesiredsignalsfromunwantedinterferenceiscriticalforensuringreliabletargetdetection,tracking,andidentification.Thispaperfocusesonvarioustechniquesemployedinradarsignalsynthesisandseparation,addressingtheiradvantages,limitations,andpotentialimprovements. 1.PulseCompression: Pulsecompressionisawidely-usedtechniquetoenhanceradarsignalresolutionandimprovetargetdetection.Thismethodinvolvestransmittingalongpulsewithaspecificmodulationwaveformandthencorrelatingthereceivedechosignalwithamatchedfilter.Bycompressingthetransmittedpulse,pulsecompressionsignificantlyreducesthepulsedurationandenhancestargetrangeresolution.Thistechniqueenablesthedetectionofsmalltargetseveninthepresenceofstrongclutter. 2.WaveformDiversity: Waveformdiversityisastrategythatutilizesasetofdiversewaveformsforradartransmission.Byexploitingdifferentwaveformpropertiessuchasfrequency,amplitude,andphase,waveformdiversityprovidesenhancedtargetdetectionandidentificationcapabilities.Transmittingmultiplewaveformssimultaneouslyorsequentiallyincreasestheprobabilityofdetectingtargetswithvariedradarcross-sections.Additionally,waveformdiversityimprovesresist
