Al-14Cu-7Ce合金中片状Al_8CeCu_4相的球化行为研究(英文) Title:InvestigationofSpheroidizationBehavioroftheAl-14Cu-7CeAlloywithaLamellarAl8CeCu4Phase Abstract: ThepresentstudyfocusesoninvestigatingthespheroidizationbehavioroftheAl-14Cu-7CealloycontainingalamellarAl8CeCu4phase.Thespheroidizationprocessisacrucialaspectthataffectsthemechanicalpropertiesandperformanceofmetallicalloys.Understandingthefactorsinfluencingspheroidizationisessentialforoptimizingtheheattreatmentconditionsandsubsequentlyimprovingthealloy'soverallperformance.ThisstudyaimstoprovideinsightsintothemicrostructuralevolutionandkineticsofthespheroidizationprocessintheAl-14Cu-7Cealloy. 1.Introduction: 1.1Background: TheAl-14Cu-7Cealloyhasattractedsignificantattentionduetoitsexceptionalmechanicalproperties,highthermalstability,andgoodcorrosionresistance.However,thepresenceofalamellarAl8CeCu4phaseposeschallengestoenhanceitsperformance.Thespheroidizationofthelamellarphaseisapotentialsolutiontoimprovethealloy'smechanicalproperties. 1.2Objectives: TheprimaryobjectiveofthisstudyistoinvestigatethespheroidizationbehavioroftheAl-14Cu-7Cealloyandunderstandtheunderlyingmechanisms.Additionally,thisresearchaimstoestablishacorrelationbetweenthespheroidizationkineticsandvariousheattreatmentparameters. 2.ExperimentalProcedure: 2.1AlloyPreparation: TheAl-14Cu-7Cealloywaspreparedusingavacuuminductionmeltingprocess.Thecompositionwascarefullycontrolledtoachievethedesiredalloycomposition. 2.2MicrostructuralAnalysis: Theas-castalloywassubjectedtometallographicpreparation,includingcutting,grinding,andpolishing.Themicrostructurewasexaminedusingopticalmicroscopy(OM)andscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)todeterminetheinitialstateofthealloy. 2.3HeatTreatment: Differentheattreatmentconditionswereappliedtothealloysamples,suchasvarioustemperaturesandtimedurations.Theeffectoftheseparametersonthespheroidizationbehaviorwasanalyzed. 2.4MicrostructuralCharacterization: OMandSEMwereusedtoobserveandanalyzethemicrostructuralchangesofthealloyaftereachheattreatment
