SCR烟气脱硝系统鲁棒抗干扰控制研究 Abstract: TheSCRfluegasdenitrationsystemhasbecomeanessentialtechnologyinthepowerindustryforcontrollingnitrogenoxide(NOx)emissions.However,thesystemispronetointerferencefromexternalfactors,suchastemperaturevariations,pressurefluctuations,adirtyenvironment,andachangingoperatingmode.Therobustnessandanti-interferenceabilityofthesystemaresignificantformaintainingthestabilityandefficiencyofthesystem.Thispaperreviewstheresearchontherobustandanti-interferencecontroloftheSCRfluegasdenitrationsystem.Firstly,thispaperintroducestheSCRfluegasdenitrationsystemanditscontrolmechanism.Then,thepaperanalyzesthemainsourcesofinterferenceandtheirimpactonthesystem.Afterthat,itsummarizesandcomparesseveralrobustandanti-interferencecontrolmethods,includingthemodelpredictivecontrol,adaptivecontrol,andneuralnetworkcontrol.Finally,thispaperputsforwardssomesuggestionsforfutureresearch. Introduction: Withtherapiddevelopmentoftheglobaleconomy,energyconsumptionisconstantlyincreasing,andenvironmentalpollutionhasbecomeincreasinglysevere.Nitrogenoxides(NOx)generatedduringthecombustionoffossilfuelsareoneofthemaincontributorstoairpollution.Therefore,itisnecessarytodevelopefficienttechnologiesforcontrollingNOxemissions.Theselectivecatalyticreduction(SCR)fluegasdenitrationsystemhasbecomeoneofthemostwidelyusedtechnologiesforcontrollingNOxemissions,especiallyinthepowerindustry. TheSCRfluegasdenitrationsystemusesareducingagent,suchasammoniaorurea,toconvertNOxinthefluegasintonitrogen(N2)andwater(H2O)throughacatalyticreaction.However,thesystemissusceptibletointerferencefromexternalfactors,suchastemperaturevariations,pressurefluctuations,adirtyenvironment,andachangingoperatingmode,whichcanseriouslyaffectthestabilityandefficiencyofthesystem.Therefore,therobustnessandanti-interferenceabilityofthesystemareessential.
