Introduction: Inrecentyears,thedemandforhighlyskilledworkerswithexcellentEnglishlanguagecapabilitieshasincreased.Vocationalcollegesplayasignificantroleintrainingstudentsforspecificprofessionsandpreparingthemforthejobmarket.Alongwiththeacquisitionofprofessionalknowledge,studentsneedtodevelopcriticalthinkingskillstosolveproblems,makejudgments,andanalyzecomplexinformationeffectively.Thisstudyfocusesonexploringhowvocationalcollegestudents'professionalabilitiesinfluencetheirEnglishcriticalthinkingskills,aimingtoprovideinsightsintooptimizingEnglishlanguageeducationinvocationalcolleges. LiteratureReview: Manystudieshaveemphasizedtheimportanceofcriticalthinkingskillsineducation.Theintegrationofcriticalthinkingintolanguagelearninghasbeenproventoenhancestudents'overallcognition,languageproficiency,andproblem-solvingabilities.However,limitedresearchhasinvestigatedtherelationshipbetweencriticalthinkingskillsandvocationalstudents'professionalabilities.
