Methodology: TheISMmethodhelpsinidentifyingandanalyzingtherelationshipsbetweenvariousfactorsthatinfluencethecompetitivenessoflogisticsenterpriseservices.Meanwhile,theAHPmethodenablesthedeterminationoftherelativeimportanceandprioritylevelsofthesefactors.Byintegratingthesetwomethods,acomprehensiveanalysisofthecompetitivenessfactorscanbeachieved. FindingsandAnalysis: Throughanextensiveliteraturereviewandexpertinterviews,severalkeyfactorsthatinfluencethecompetitivenessoflogisticsenterpriseserviceswereidentified.Thesefactorsincludeinfrastructure,technologyadoption,servicequality,cost-effectiveness,customersatisfaction,organizationalcapabilities,andsupplychainintegration. TheISMtechniquewasemployedtoestablishahierarchicalstructureofthesefactorsandtodeterminethelinkagesandinterdependenciesbetweenthem.Theresultsrevealedthatinfrastructureandtechnologyadoptionwereidentifiedasthefundamentalfactors,whileservicequality,cost-effectiveness,customersatisfaction,organizationalcapabilities,andsupplychainintegrationwereidentifiedastheupper-levelfactors. UsingtheAHPmethod,therelativeimportanceandprioritylevelsofthesefactorsweredeterminedthroughpairwisecomparisons.Thefindingsindicatedthatservicequality,customersatisfaction,andsupplychainintegrationrankedhighlyintermsofimportanceandpriority.Thesefactorsaredirectlyrelatedtocustomerexperienceandcompetitivenessinthemarketplace.
