Introduction: Therhizosphereisadynamicmicroenvironmentsurroundingplantroots,characterizedbyhighmicrobialactivity.Theinteractionsbetweenplantsandtherhizospheremicrobiomehavebeenrecognizedtoplayacrucialroleinnutrientcycling,plantgrowthpromotion,anddiseasesuppression.Thediversityandcompositionofthebacterialcommunityintherhizosphereareinfluencedbyvariousfactors,includingplantspecies,soiltype,andenvironmentalconditions.UnderstandingtherhizospheremicrobialcommunityinAmorphophalluskonjachasimportantimplicationsforthesustainablemanagementofthiscrop. Methods: SoilsampleswerecollectedfromtherhizosphereoftheAKcommunityinHainan.DNAwasextractedfromthesoilsamplesusingacommercialkit.TheV4regionofthebacterial16SrRNAgenewasamplifiedusingprimersspecifictobacteria.TheamplifiedfragmentswerepurifiedandsequencedusingtheMiSeqplatform.Theobtainedsequenceswereprocessedusingbioinformaticstoolstoremovelow-qualityreads,chimeras,andnon-bacterialsequences.Theremaininghigh-qualitysequenceswereclusteredintooperationaltaxonomicunits(OTUs)basedonasequencesimilaritythreshold.TaxonomicclassificationwasperformedbycomparingtherepresentativesequencesofeachOTUagainstadatabaseofknownbacterialsequences.
