基于ABAQUS的锯齿形切屑形成机理分析与实验研究(英文) Title:AnalysisandExperimentalStudyontheMechanismofSerratedChipFormationinABAQUS Abstract: Theformationofserratedchipsduringmachiningisacommonphenomenonthataffectsthequalityofthemachinedsurfaceandthecuttingtool'swear.ThispaperpresentsananalysisandexperimentalstudyonthemechanismofserratedchipformationusingtheABAQUSsoftware.Theobjectiveofthisstudyistounderstandtheunderlyingmechanismsinvolvedinthegenerationofserratedchipsandprovideinsightsforimprovingthemachiningprocessandtoollife. 1.Introduction(150words) Serratedchipformationreferstothegenerationofunstablechipshapeswithperiodicundulationsduringthemetalcuttingprocess.Thisphenomenonhasbecomeatopicofextensiveresearchduetoitsimpactonmachiningproductivity,surfacefinish,andtoolwear.Inthisstudy,weaimtoinvestigatethemechanismofserratedchipformationbycombiningnumericalsimulationsinABAQUSandexperimentalvalidation. 2.ExperimentalSetup(100words) Tostudytheformationofserratedchips,experimentswereconductedusingalathemachinewithacarbidecuttingtool.Thecuttingparameterssuchascuttingspeed,feedrate,anddepthofcutwereselectedbasedonpreviousliteratureandindustrystandards. 3.NumericalModeling(200words) TheABAQUSsoftwarewasusedtosimulatethemachiningprocessandpredictthechipmorphology.A3Dfiniteelementmodelwasdeveloped,whichincludedtheworkpiecematerial,cuttingtoolgeometry,andcontactalgorithm.TheJohnson-Cookmaterialmodelwasusedtocapturethematerialbehaviorduringcutting.Thesimulationparameterswerevalidatedbycomparingthesimulatedcuttingforceswiththeexperimentalresults. 4.AnalysisofSerratedChipFormation(300words) TheABAQUSsimulationsrevealedthattheformationofserratedchipsisprimarilyinfluencedbythecyclicvariationsinthecuttingforces.Thesecyclicvariationsarecausedbythecombinedeffectsoftool-chipinterfacefriction,materialstrength,andchipformationprocess.Theanalysisshowedthatattheinitialstagesofcutting,thetool-chipinterfaceexperiencesastick-slipbehavior,resultinginthegenerationofperiodicserrationsonthechipsurface. 5.Experimen
