吴茱萸穴位贴敷促进胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后胃肠功能恢复的临床研究 Title:ClinicalStudyontheEffectofWuzhuyuAcupointApplicationinPromotingGastrointestinalFunctionRecoveryafterSurgeryforMalignantGastrointestinalTumors Abstract: Background:Postoperativedysfunctionofthegastrointestinaltractisacommoncomplicationinpatientswithmalignantgastrointestinaltumors.WuzhuyuacupointapplicationhasbeenwidelyusedintraditionalChinesemedicinetopromotegastrointestinalfunctionrecovery.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheclinicaleffectofWuzhuyuacupointapplicationinpromotinggastrointestinalfunctionrecoveryaftersurgeryformalignantgastrointestinaltumors. Methods:Atotalof100patientswithmalignantgastrointestinaltumorswhounderwentsurgerywererandomlydividedintotwogroups:theexperimentalgroupreceivingWuzhuyuacupointapplicationandthecontrolgroupreceivingroutinecare.Thegastrointestinalfunctionrecovery,includingintestinalperistalsis,bowelmovement,andpostoperativecomplications,werecomparedbetweenthetwogroups. Results:Theexperimentalgroupshowedasignificantlyshortertimefortherecoveryofintestinalperistalsis(p<0.01)andbowelmovements(p<0.05)comparedtothecontrolgroup.Theincidenceofpostoperativecomplications,suchasabdominaldistension,nausea,andvomiting,wasalsolowerintheexperimentalgroup(p<0.05).Inaddition,theexperimentalgrouphadasignificantlyshorterlengthofhospitalstay(p<0.01)andahigherpatientsatisfactionrate(p<0.05)comparedtothecontrolgroup. Conclusion:Wuzhuyuacupointapplicationcaneffectivelypromotetherecoveryofgastrointestinalfunctionaftersurgeryformalignantgastrointestinaltumors.Itsignificantlyshortensthetimefortherecoveryofintestinalperistalsisandbowelmovements,reducestheincidenceofpostoperativecomplications,shortensthelengthofhospitalstay,andimprovespatientsatisfaction.Wuzhuyuacupointapplicationmaybeconsideredasanadjunctivetherapytoroutinecareforpostoperativepatientswithmalignantgastrointestinaltumors.
