基于汉堡车辙试验的玄武岩纤维沥青混合料高温性能研究 摘要 本研究旨在通过汉堡车辙试验评估玄武岩纤维沥青混合料的高温性能。首先,采用双滑板试验法确定最佳沥青含量。然后,将不同比例的玄武岩纤维添加到沥青中,并采用干燥法将其与矿料混合,制备不同配合比的玄武岩纤维沥青混合料。最后,通过汉堡车辙试验评估其高温性能。研究结果表明,添加玄武岩纤维可以提高沥青混合料的高温稳定性和抗车辙性能,并且当玄武岩纤维数量为0.5%时,沥青混合料的高温性能最佳。 关键词:玄武岩纤维;沥青混合料;高温性能;汉堡车辙试验 Abstract Thepurposeofthisstudyistoevaluatethehigh-temperatureperformanceofbasaltfiberasphaltmixturethroughtheHamburgwheeltrackingtest.Theoptimumasphaltcontentwasdeterminedbythedoubleplatetestmethod.Then,differentproportionsofbasaltfiberwereaddedtotheasphalt,andtheyweremixedwiththeaggregatebyadrymethodtopreparethebasaltfiberasphaltmixturewithdifferentmixratios.Finally,theirhigh-temperatureperformancewasevaluatedthroughtheHamburgwheeltrackingtest.Theresultsshowedthattheadditionofbasaltfibercanimprovethehigh-temperaturestabilityandresistancetowheeltrackingofasphaltmixtures,andtheoptimalhigh-temperatureperformanceofasphaltmixturewasachievedwhentheproportionofbasaltfiberis0.5%. Recently,theadditionoffibertoasphaltmixtureshasbeenprovedtobeaneffectiveapproachtoimprovetheirhigh-temperatureperformance.Variousfibers,suchaspolyester,polypropylene,glass,andsteelhavebeenaddedtotheasphaltmixturestoenhancetheirstabilityandreducerutting[3-5].Basaltfiber,anewtypeoffiberwithhigh-temperatureresistance,mechanicalstrength,andchemicalstability,hasgainedmoreattentioninrecentyears[6].Itwasreportedthattheadditionofbasaltfibercanimprovethehigh-temperatureperformanceofasphaltmixture,andtheoptimalproportionofbasaltfibervariedindifferen
