基于模糊层次分析法的公路桥梁施工安全风险评价研究 Abstract Theconstructionofhighwaybridgesisanimportantinfrastructureproject,however,italsoposesriskstoworkersandthepublic.Identifyingandevaluatingsafetyrisksduringtheconstructionprocessiscriticaltominimizeaccidentsandensureprojectsuccess.Thispaperusesthefuzzyanalyticalhierarchyprocess(FAHP)toassesssafetyrisksassociatedwithhighwaybridgeconstruction.Themethodisusedtoanalyzevariousfactorsthatmayimpactsafetyrisks,includingconstructionequipment,workprocesses,humanfactors,andenvironmentalconditions.Resultsshowthatthedominantfactorscontributingtosafetyrisksinbridgeconstructionwereidentifiedasequipmentsafety,laborsafety,andsiteenvironmentsafety.Ourfindingsalsosuggestthatproperplanningandmanagementstrategiescaneffectivelyreducesafetyrisks. Introduction Highwaybridgeconstructionplaysanessentialroleinmoderninfrastructuredevelopment.However,theconstructionprocessposesvariousriskstoworkersandthepublic.Accidentsduringbridgeconstructioncancausesignificantlossesintermsofpropertydamage,personalinjuries,andevendeath.Itis,therefore,crucialtounderstandthetypesofrisksassociatedwithbridgeconstructionbeforestartinganysitework.Riskfactorssuchashumanerror,equipmentfailure,andenvironmentalhazardscancontributetosafetyrisksandnegativelyimpactprojectsuccess.ThisstudyaimstousetheFAHPmethodtoassesssafetyrisksrelatedtohighwaybridgeconstruction,whichcouldinformmeasurestoreduceriskandimprovethesafetyofworkersandthepublic. Methodology TheFAHPmethodisusedtoevaluatesafetyrisksrelatedtohighwaybridgeconstruction.FAHPisadecision-makingtechniquethatusesapairwisecomparisonmatrixofcriteriatoidentifytheweightsofeachcriterion,anditssubfactors,toproduceanoverallriskscore(Chenetal.,2011).TheFAHPmethodconsistsoffourprimarystepswhicharelistedasfollows: Step1:Identifycriteriaandsubfactorsthataffectsafetyrisksduringhighwaybridgeconstruction.
