基于偏序集的PROMETHEE方法优化研究 1.Introduction ThePROMETHEEmethodisamulti-criteriadecision-makingtooldevelopedbyBransandVinckein1985.Themethodhasbeenwidelyusedinvariousfieldssuchasenvironmentalmanagement,transportationplanning,andbusinessmanagementduetoitsadvantagesofbeingeasytouseandflexible.Themethodranksalternativesbasedonapreferencefunctionthatusespairwisecomparisonsbetweenthealternatives.However,theoriginalPROMETHEEmethodcannothandleuncertainorimprecisecriteriavaluesandlacksasystematicwayofhandlingthecriteriaweights.Toaddresstheselimitations,researchershaveproposedseveralmodificationstothePROMETHEEmethod.Onesuchmodificationistheuseofpartialordersorpreferencerelationstorepresentthecriteriaandalternatives.ThispaperexplorestheuseofpartialordersinthePROMETHEEmethodtoimproveitsperformance. 2.LiteratureReview SeveralstudieshaveproposedPROMETHEEvariantsbasedonpartialordersorpreferencerelations.Forinstance,Figueiraetal.(2005)proposedthePROMETHEEOutrankingMulticriteriaAnalysis(POMA)methodthatusedpartialorderstorepresentthecriteriaandalternatives.Themethodrequiredthedecisionmakertoprovidepairwisecomparisonsbetweenthealternativesbasedonthecriteria'sordering.ThePOMAmethodenabledthedecisionmakertoconsiderimpreciseanduncertaininformationaboutthecriteriavaluesandtheweights.
