Amongthem,thelasercladdingtechnologyhastheadvantagesofhighbondingstrength,smalldilution,andlowdeformation.Itcanproduceadenseanduniformcoatinglayeronthesurfaceofthesubstrate,andthecoatinghashighhardness,goodwearresistance,andcorrosionresistance.Therefore,lasercladdingtechnologyhasbecomeoneoftheimportantmethodstoimprovethewearresistanceandservicelifeofminingequipment. 2.ExperimentalDesign 2.1RawMaterials 27SiMnhydraulicsupportcolumnswereusedasthesubstratesforthelasercladdingmulti-layeroverlay.TherawmaterialsforthecladdinglayerwereWC-Co-CrpowderandNiCrBSiFepowder. 2.2EquipmentandProcessParameters ThelasercladdingequipmentusedinthisstudywasaCO2lasercladdingmachine.Theprocessparameterswereasfollows:laserpower3kW,scanningspeed6mm/s,powderfeedingrate6g/min,andpowderlayerthickness0.3mm.Thelaserbeamwasfocusedonthesurfaceofthecolumn,andthecladdinglayerw
