苇茎汤加味治疗老年人肺炎(痰热壅肺型)的临床观察 Title:ClinicalObservationofTreatmentofSenilePneumonia(PhlegmHeatObstructingtheLungs)withRehmanniaSoupPlusModification Abstract: Senilepneumonia,particularlythephlegmheatobstructingthelungstype,isacommonrespiratoryinfectionamongtheelderly.Rehmanniasoup,atraditionalChineseherbalmedicine,hasbeenextensivelyusedinthetreatmentofvariousrespiratorydiseases.Thisstudyaimedtoobservetheclinicalefficacyofrehmanniasoupwithmodificationintreatingsenilepneumonia(phlegmheatobstructingthelungstype).Atotalof100elderlypatientsdiagnosedwithpneumoniawereenrolledinthestudy.Theywererandomlydividedintotwogroups:thetreatmentgroup,receivingrehmanniasoupwithmodification,andthecontrolgroup,receivingconventionaltreatment.Theeffectivenessofthetreatmentwasevaluatedbasedonsymptomsimprovement,changesininflammatorymarkers,radiographicfindings,anddurationofhospitalization.Theresultsdemonstratedthatrehmanniasoupwithmodificationsignificantlyimprovedclinicalsymptoms,reducedinflammatorymarkers,promotedradiologicalresolution,anddecreasedthelengthofhospitalstay.Overall,thisstudyprovidesevidencesupportingtheuseofrehmanniasoupwithmodificationasaneffectivetreatmentforsenilepneumonia(phlegmheatobstructingthelungstype).
