基于分子内电荷转移的新型Cr(Ⅲ)比率荧光探针(英文) Abstract AnovelCr(III)ratiofluorescentprobebasedonintramolecularchargetransferwasdesignedandsynthesized.TheprobeexhibitedhighsensitivityandselectivitytowardsCr(III)inthepresenceofcompetingions.Themechanismofprobe-Cr(III)interactionwasinvestigated,andtheresultsdemonstratedthattheprobeunderwentdeprotonationandintramolecularchargetransferuponbindingwithCr(III).TheprobedisplayedasignificantfluorescenceintensityratiochangeuponbindingwithCr(III),enablingitsuseasaratiometricfluorescentprobeforCr(III)detection.TheprobewassuccessfullyappliedforthedeterminationofCr(III)inwatersamples,showinggreatpotentialforpracticalapplications. Introduction Chromiumisatoxicheavymetalwidelyspreadintheenvironmentthatcancauseserioushealthconsequencestohumansandanimals(Chenetal.2014).Cr(III)isanessentialelementforhumannutrition,whileCr(VI)isrecognizedasacarcinogenandhasbeenlinkedtolungcancer,gastrointestinal,andotherhealthproblems(JomovaandValko2011).Therefore,thereisaneedtodevelophighlysensitiveandselectivemethodsforthedetectionofCr(III)inenvironmentalandbiologicalsystems. Fluorescenceprobeshavereceivedincreasingattentionfortheirhighsensitivityandselectivityformetaliondetection(Xuetal.2021).Amongvariousfluorescenceprobes,ratiometricprobesareparticularlyattractivebecausetheycaneliminateinterferencesfromenvironmentalfactors,includingphotobleachingandbackgroundfluorescence(Zhangetal.2020).Therefore,ratiometricfluorescentprobesarepromisingcandidatesforthedetectionofCr(III). Recently,intramolecularchargetransfer(ICT)hasbeenusedtodesignandsynthesizeratiometricfluorescentprobesformetalionsdetection(Liuetal.2020).TheICTprocesscancauseachangeinthefluorescenceintensityratiooftheprobe,enablingittobeusedasaratiometricfluorescentprobeformetalionsensing.
