Methodology: Togatheraccurateandreliabledata,acomprehensiveapproachwasadopted.TheresearcherscollectedasufficientnumberofEnglishwritingsamplesfromasamplegroupof100third-gradestudents.Thecollectedcompositionswerethenthoroughlyanalyzedtoidentifythemostcommonerrorsmadeintheirwriting. Findings: Basedontheanalysisofthecollectedcompositions,thefollowingtypesoferrorswereidentified: 1.GrammaticalErrors: a.Subject-verbagreement:Studentsoftenfailtoensurethatthesubjectandverbinasentenceagreeintermsofnumberandtense. b.Verbtenseinconsistency:Studentstendtomixdifferenttenseswithinthesamesentenceorparagraph,leadingtoconfusion. c.Incorrectwordforms:Errorsinformingplurals,verbconjugations,andadjectiveformsareprevalent. 2.SpellingandPunctuationErrors: a.Spellingmistakes:Studentsfrequentlymisspellwordsduetoinadequateknowledgeofspellingrulesandlackofproofreading. b.Punctuationerrors:Studentsstrugglewithusingappropriatepunctuationmarks,especiallycommas,apostrophes,andquotationmarks. 3.SentenceStructureErrors: a.Fragmentedsentences:Studentstendtowriteincompletesentences,lackingasubject,apredicate,orboth. b.Run-onsentences:Studentsoftencombinemultipleindependentclauseswithoutproperpunctuation,leadingtolong,confusingsentences. c.Lackofsentencevariety:Studentstendtorepeatthesamesentencestructures,resultinginmonotonouswriting. 4.VocabularyandWordChoiceErrors: a.Limitedvocabulary:Studentsoftenrelyonbasicandrepetitivevocabulary,leadingtoalackofsophisticati
