基于指纹的无线室内精确定位方法研究 摘要: 随着智能物联网技术的发展,室内精确定位成为了研究的热点。本文基于指纹的无线室内精确定位方法进行了研究。首先介绍了现有的室内定位技术,针对其局限性提出了基于指纹的无线室内定位方法。接着详细讲解了指纹采集、指纹库构建、指纹匹配以及定位算法等环节。最后,通过实验验证该方法的准确性和鲁棒性,并探讨了其未来发展方向。 关键词:室内定位;指纹;无线通信;精确定位;算法 1.Introduction Inrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentofintelligentInternetofThingstechnology,preciseindoorpositioninghasbecomeahotresearchtopic.Indoorpositioningiswidelyusedinvariousfields,suchaslogistics,production,andsecurity.However,duetothecomplexityofindoorenvironments,traditionalpositioningtechnologies,suchasGPS,areunabletoprovideaccuratepositioningresultsinindoorscenarios.Therefore,researchershavedevelopedvariousindoorpositioningmethods,suchasinfraredpositioning,ultrasoundpositioning,magneticpositioning,andWi-Fipositioning. Amongthesemethods,Wi-FipositioninghasbecomeincreasinglypopularduetothewidecoverageofWi-Fisignalsandthelowcostofequipment.However,existingWi-Fipositioningmethodsfacemanychallenges,suchassignalinterference,multipathpropagation,andlowpositioningaccuracy.Therefore,inthispaper,weproposeaWi-Fiindoorpositioningmethodbasedonfingerprints. 2.RelatedWork Indoorpositioningtechnologiescanbebroadlydividedintotwocategories:signalstrength-basedandfingerprint-based.Signalstrength-basedmethodsusereceivedsignalstrengthindicator(RSSI)valuestoestimatethelocationoftheterminal.However,signalstrength-basedmethodsareseriouslyaffectedbyenvironmentalnoiseandmultipathinterference,leadingtolowpositioningaccuracy. Fingerprint-basedmethods,ontheotherhand,caneffectivelyovercomethelimitationsofsignalstrength-basedmethodsandprovidehigherpositioningaccuracy.Thefingerprint-basedmethodcollectssignalstrengthdataatselectedreferencepointsandconstructsadatabaseoffingerprints.Theterminal'slocationcanthenbeestimatedbycomparingthereceivedsignalstrengthwiththefingerprintdatabase. 3.Fingerprint-basedWi-FiIndoorPositioning Inthispaper,weproposeafingerprint-basedWi-Fiindoorpositioningmethod.Theoverallprocesscanbedividedintofoursteps:fingerprintcollection,fingerprintdatabaseconstruction,fin
