参枣养心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭气阴两虚血瘀证的临床观察的开题报告
摘要
慢性心力衰竭是一种常见的疾病，常见于老年人。气阴两虚和血瘀是慢性心力衰竭的常见证候。传统中医认为参枣养心汤具有补中益气、养阴生津的功效。本研究旨在探讨参枣养心汤对慢性心力衰竭气阴两虚和血瘀证的临床治疗效果。
方法
本研究将2018年1月至2019年12月，在我院诊治的慢性心力衰竭气阴两虚和血瘀证患者共计60例纳入研究，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组患者口服参枣养心汤，每日一剂，连服2个月；对照组采用常规西药治疗，治疗时间与治疗组相同。比较两组治疗前后的NYHA分级、左心室射血分数、临床症状改善情况、心脏超声检查等指标的变化情况。
结果
治疗组治疗后NYHA分级、左心室射血分数和临床症状均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。心脏超声检查显示，治疗组治疗后心脏结构和功能明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。
结论
参枣养心汤对慢性心力衰竭气阴两虚和血瘀证具有一定的治疗作用，能有效提高心功能指标和临床症状，同时心脏结构和功能得到改善。建议在临床中推广应用。

Abstract
Chronicheartfailureisacommondisease,whichoftenoccursintheelderly.Qideficiencyandbloodstasisarecommonsyndromesofchronicheartfailure.TraditionalChinesemedicinebelievesthatShenmaiDecoctionhastheeffectofreplenishingqi,nourishingyinandproducingbodyfluid.ThepurposeofthisstudyistoexploretheclinicalefficacyofShenmaiDecoctioninthetreatmentofchronicheartfailurewithQideficiency,Yindeficiencyandbloodstasis.
Methods
Atotalof60patientswithchronicheartfailurewithQideficiency,YindeficiencyandbloodstasiswhowerediagnosedandtreatedinourhospitalfromJanuary2018toDecember2019wereincludedinthisstudy,andrandomlydividedintotreatmentgroupandcontrolgroup,eachwith30cases.PatientsinthetreatmentgroupweregivenShenmaiDecoctiononceadayfortwomonths,whilethecontrolgroupwastreatedwithconventionalWesternmedicineforthesameperiodoftime.ThechangesinNYHAclassification,leftventricularejectionfraction,clinicalsymptoms,andcardiacultrasoundexaminationbeforeandaftertreatmentwerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.
Results
Aftertreatment,theNYHAclassification,leftventricularejectionfraction,andclinicalsymptomsinthetreatmentgroupwerebetterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Cardiacultrasoundexaminationshowedthataftertreatment,thecardiacstructureandfunctioninthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).
Conclusion
