农村逆向物流的网络设计.docx

摘要

随着农村生活水平的提高，生产生活的废弃品越来越多，村镇里的废弃物随意丢弃景象严重，构成了村镇环境的污染，同时也构成了资源的很大浪费。发展农村逆向物流不仅是新农村建设的需求,还是发展农村循环经济及绿色物流的需求。它能使农村居民获得潜在的社会效益和经济效益,提高农村居民对商品的满意度。因而，积极组织农村逆向物流活动、充分挖掘农村可再利用资源，对发展农村循环经济、改善农村居民生活环境具有重要的理想意义。
农村逆向物流有别于普通的逆向物流，具有本人特殊的网络结构和模式。本文首先分析了逆向物流和农村逆向物流的国内外发展现状，然后提出了发展农村逆向物流的重要意义，重点阐述了农村逆向物流的发展模式及其特点。发展农村逆向物流关键在于逆向物流网络的结构设计,一个适合农村逆向物流的网络结构该当能模拟出农村的逆向物流网络运转状态。

Abstract

Withtheimprovementofrurallivingstandards,thewasteproductsofproductionandlifeismoreandmore,townsandvillageswastethrownawayisserious,resultinginthepollutionoftheenvironmentoftownsandvillages,italsocausedagreatwasteofresources.Itissignificanttodevelopruralreverselogistics.Notonlyitisnecessarytoconstructnewruralareasbutalsoitisusefultodeveloptheruralrecyclingeconomyandgreenlogistics.Meanwhile,itcanobtainsocialbenefitsandeconomicbenefitsforruralresidentssoastoimprovetheruralresidents'satisfactionwithcommodities.Activelyorganizereverselogisticsactivitiesinruralareas,tofullytapthereuseofresourcesinruralareas,hasimportantpracticalsignificanceforthedevelopmentofcirculareconomyinruralareas,toimprovethelivingenvironmentofresidentsinruralareas.
Reverselogisticsinruralareasisdifferentfromthegeneralreverselogistics,andhasitsownspecialnetworkstructureandmode.Thispaperfirstanalyzesthedevelopmentintheworldofreverselogisticsandreverselogisticsinruralareas,thenthesignificanceoftheproposeddevelopmentofreverselogisticsinruralareas,focusingonthedevelopmentpatternsandcharacteristicsofreverselogisticsinruralareas.Thekeytodevelopmentinruralareasofreverselogisticsisthestructuraldesignofthereverselogisticsnetwork,anetworkstructuresuitableforreverselogisticsinruralareasshouldbeabletosimulatethereverselogisticsnetworkofruralhealth.
