摘要

地方政府防范和化解各种公共危机，是树立服务于民、取信于民良好抽象的关键所在。然而，在地方政府防范和处理公共危机的过程中存在诸多问题，严重影响了地方政府的抽象塑造。本文首先对公共危机中地方政府抽象塑造的研讨背景和研讨意义做了相关阐述，然后对与论文相关的概念做了界定，接着在调查研讨的基础上，对公共危机中我国地方政府抽象塑造的现状进行分析说明，并且结合近期发生的山西苯胺走漏事故、禽流感H7N9、雅安地震等公共危机事件，分析了地方政府在公共危机中抽象塑造存在的问题及缘由。通过问卷调查结果分析，立足我国国情，借鉴国外及我国地方政府抽象塑造方面的优秀经验，提出塑造良好地方政府抽象、提升我国政府公信力的对策。

Abstract

Guardagainstanddissolveallkindsofpubliccrisisoflocalgovernment,Istoestablishagoodimageintheserviceofthepeople,thepublickey.however,thelocalgovernmentintheprocessofpreventinganddealingwithpubliccrisishasmanyproblems,seriousimpactonthelocalgovernmentimagemold.Inthispaper,firstofall,thestudyofpubliccrisisinlocalgovernmentimagemoldmaderelatedinthispaper,thebackgroundandresearchsignificance,Thenthethesisrelatedconceptsdefined,Thenonthebasisofinvestigationandstudy,toourcountrypubliccrisis,analyzingthepresentsituationandproblemsoflocalgovernmentimagemold,Andcombinedwiththerecentspillinshanxianiline,avianflu,H7N9,ya'anearthquake,suchaspubliccrisisevents,Analyzedthelocalgovernmentimageinpubliccrisisexistingproblemsandthereasons.Throughthequestionnairesurveyanalysis,basedonthesituationofourcountry,drawlessonsfromforeignandourcountrylocalgovernmentimagemoldingexcellentexperience,shapingagoodimageoflocalgovernmentputforwardcountermeasures,enhancethegovernmentcredibilityinChina.
