摘要
本篇中期报告旨在研究政府在公共危机管理中的信息公开问题。文中探讨了信息公开的定义、重要性、现状和存在的问题，以及加强信息公开的手段和建议。
通过对相关文献的研究，我们发现政府的信息公开是公共危机管理中至关重要的一环。信息公开可以帮助公众了解危机的真相，增强政府的透明度和信任度，从而提高政府的管理水平和危机应对能力。
然而，当前政府的信息公开还存在一些问题，比如信息不全面、信息滞后、信息不透明等。因此，我们提出了加强信息公开的建议，包括制定相关政策法规、建立信息公开机制、加强信息公开的宣传和推广等。
最后，我们认为，政府在公共危机管理中加强信息公开是一项长期而复杂的工作，需要政府和公众共同努力和配合。只有通过持续不断地推进和完善，才能实现公共危机管理的最终目标。

Abstract
Thepurposeofthismidtermreportistostudytheissueofinformationdisclosurebythegovernmentinpubliccrisismanagement.Thisarticlediscussesthedefinition,importance,currentsituationandexistingproblemsofinformationdisclosure,aswellasmeansandsuggestionstostrengtheninformationdisclosure.
Throughthestudyofrelevantliterature,wefoundthatthegovernment'sinformationdisclosureiscrucialinpubliccrisismanagement.Informationdisclosurecanhelpthepublicunderstandthetruthofthecrisis,enhancethetransparencyandcredibilityofthegovernment,andthusimproveitsmanagementlevelandcrisisresponseability.
However,therearestillsomeproblemswiththecurrentinformationdisclosurebythegovernment,suchasincompleteinformation,delayedinformation,andlackoftransparency.Therefore,weproposesuggestionstostrengtheninformationdisclosure,includingtheformulationofrelevantpoliciesandregulations,theestablishmentofinformationdisclosuremechanisms,andthepromotionandpublicityofinformationdisclosure.
Finally,webelievethatstrengtheninginformationdisclosurebythegovernmentisalong-termandcomplexworkinpubliccrisismanagement.Itrequiresthejointeffortsandcooperationofthegovernmentandthepublic.Onlythroughcontinuouspromotionandimprovementcanweachievetheultimategoalofpubliccrisismanagement.
