职前高中数学教师MPCK的内涵及发展研究的中期报告 摘要 本研究旨在探索职前高中数学教师MPCK（数学教学专业知识，MathematicalPedagogicalContentKnowledge）的内涵及其发展情况，并针对性地提出相应的培养措施。本中期报告主要进行了文献分析和实证研究两部分，通过对相关文献的梳理及问卷调查、访谈等方式收集和分析职前高中数学教师的MPCK数据，发现职前高中数学教师的MPCK包括了学科知识、教学知识和教学经验三个方面的内容，而其发展情况受到多个因素的影响，包括教育背景、实践经验、教学环境等。在此基础上，本研究提出了一系列培养职前高中数学教师MPCK的具体措施，包括完善教育体系、改进教育教学方法、加强师资队伍建设等。研究结果有助于提高职前高中数学教师MPCK水平，提升数学教学质量和效果。 关键词：职前高中数学教师；MPCK；内涵；发展；培养措施 Abstract ThisstudyaimstoexploretheconnotationanddevelopmentofMathematicalPedagogicalContentKnowledge(MPCK)ofpre-servicehighschoolmathematicsteachers,andtoproposecorrespondingtrainingmeasures.Thismid-termreportmainlyincludestwopartsofliteratureanalysisandempiricalresearch.ThroughcollectingandanalyzingMPCKdataofpre-servicehighschoolmathematicsteachersthroughquestionnairesurvey,interviews,etc.,wefoundthatMPCKofpre-servicehighschoolmathematicsteachersincludessubjectknowledge,pedagogicalknowledgeandteachingexperience.However,itsdevelopmentisaffectedbymultiplefactors,includingeducationalbackground,practicalexperience,teachingenvironment,etc.Basedonthis,thisstudyproposesaseriesofspecificmeasurestocultivateMPCKofpre-servicehighschoolmathematicsteachers,includingimprovingtheeducationalsystem,improvingeducationalteachingmethods,andstrengtheningteachertraining.TheresultsofthisstudyarehelpfultoimprovetheMPCKlevelofpre-servicehighschoolmathematicsteachers,andpromotethequalityandeffectivenessofmathematicsteaching.
