摘要
近年来，视频编解码技术一直是计算机科学领域中的热门研究领域之一。由于视频数据具有高维度、高复杂性、高冗余性等特点，传统的视频编解码技术往往会出现计算速度慢、存储空间占用大等问题，无法满足实际应用需求。分布式压缩感知技术是目前新兴的视频编解码技术，其基于稀疏表示和压缩感知的理论，可以有效地降低视频的编解码复杂度，同时实现对视频数据的高效压缩和重建。
本文介绍了分布式压缩感知技术的基本理论和相关算法，并重点探讨了分布式压缩感知技术在视频编解码领域中的应用。同时，本文还介绍了分布式压缩感知技术在视频采集、视频传输、视频存储等方面的应用，并分析了分布式压缩感知技术在这些领域中的优势和不足之处。最后，本文还对分布式压缩感知技术在未来的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract
Inrecentyears,videocodinganddecodingtechnologyhasbeenoneofthehotresearchfieldsinthecomputersciencefield.Duetothehighdimensionality,complexity,andredundancyofvideodata,traditionalvideocodinganddecodingtechnologyoftenhasproblemssuchasslowcomputationspeedandlargestoragespaceoccupation,whichcannotmeettheneedsofpracticalapplications.Distributedcompressivesensingtechnologyisanewemergingvideocodinganddecodingtechnology.Basedonthetheoryofsparserepresentationandcompressivesensing,itcaneffectivelyreducethecomplexityofvideocodinganddecoding,andachieveefficientcompressionandreconstructionofvideodata.
Thispaperintroducesthebasictheoryandrelatedalgorithmsofdistributedcompressivesensingtechnology,andfocusesontheapplicationofdistributedcompressivesensingtechnologyinthefieldofvideocodinganddecoding.Atthesametime,thispaperalsointroducestheapplicationofdistributedcompressivesensingtechnologyinvideoacquisition,videotransmission,videostorageandotheraspects,andanalyzestheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofdistributedcompressivesensingtechnologyinthesefields.Finally,thispaperalsoprospectsthefuturedevelopmentdirectionofdistributedcompressivesensingtechnology.
