新时期农村文化养老体制研究的中期报告
摘要：
近年来，中国老龄化问题日益突出，农村老年人群体的生活和保障问题也越来越受到关注。本文针对农村文化养老体制建设进行了中期研究。通过对国内外养老体制发展的比较分析和深入调研，得出以下主要结论：
一、农村养老文化需求旺盛，但文化养老设施和服务相对匮乏。
二、传统家庭养老模式面临转型，文化养老需求成为农村老年人的新趋势。
三、政府应归纳提供文化养老服务，发挥文化资源的整合作用。
四、社会力量可以介入农村文化养老体制建设，发挥社区组织、公益机构和志愿服务等作用。

Abstract:
Inrecentyears,China'sagingproblemhasbecomeincreasinglyprominent,andthelivingandguaranteeissuesofruralelderlypeoplehavealsoreceivedmoreandmoreattention.Thisarticlefocusesontheconstructionofruralculturalelderlycaresystemandconductedmid-termresearch.Throughcomparativeanalysisofthedevelopmentofdomesticandforeignpensionsystemsandin-depthinvestigations,thefollowingmainconclusionsaredrawn:
Firstly,thedemandforruralculturalelderlycareisstrong,butculturalelderlycarefacilitiesandservicesarerelativelyscarce.
Secondly,thetraditionalfamilyelderlycaremodelisfacingtransformation,andthedemandforculturalelderlycarehasbecomeanewtrendforruralelderlypeople.
Thirdly,thegovernmentshouldprovideculturalelderlycareservicesandplaytheroleofintegratingculturalresources.
Fourthly,socialforcescanparticipateintheconstructionofruralculturalelderlycaresystemandplaytherolesofcommunityorganizations,publicwelfareinstitutionsandvolunteerservices.
