一.other的用法
1.other用作形容词，常修饰可数名词复数
WestudyChinese,maths,Englishandsomeotherlessons.
There’sadesk,achair,amapofChinaandsomeotherthingsintheroom.
2.当我们谈论两者之中的一种情况和另一种情况时，常用one…theother
Ihavetworulers.Oneislong,theotherisshort.
Herparentsareteachers.OneteachesChinese,theotherteachesEnglish.

二.havealook,look和see.
1.havealook,look是名词，一般用来表示短时间随意看一看，瞧一瞧，或特别要求对方看一看某物。
Letmehavelookatyournewcomputer.
Theyhavelookatmyphotoandgiveittome.
2.look是动词，一般表示一段时间倾心专注地“看”
Pleaselookattheblackboard.
Ilookathisphotoandrecognizehe’sLiLei’sfather.
3.see强调看的结果，意思是“看见”、“看到”
Canyouseethebirdinthetree?
Ican’tseeit.It’stoosmall.

三.carry和take.
1.take表示把某物或某人带到某处去，有很强的方向性，不强调负重。
Pleasetakethesethingstohim,please.
Couldyoutakethesebookstotheclassroom?
2.carry表示用力地“提、扛、肩挑、搬、载”较重的物体，强调负重。
Thebagistooheavy,Ican’tcarryit.
Letmecarrytheboxforyou.

四.动词play的用法
1.当play与球类名词构成词组时，球类名词前不加冠词。
playfootball playbasketball
playvolleyball playtennis
playtabletennis
2.play与其他名词构成词组：
playgames playcards
playchess
3.当play与乐器名词构成词组，乐器的名词前一定要加定冠词the.
playthepiano playtheviolin

五.可数名词与不可数名词量的表达：
1.冠词a/an,the与名词
（1）a,an用在可数名词的单数前，表示“一”相当于“one”
anorange,abottle,anapple
（2）定冠词the，既可修饰可数名词单、复数，也可修饰不可数名词。
thedesk,thedesks,thewater,thebread.
2.some,few,afew,little,alittle
（1）some,few,afew可用于可数名词前
somesheep,afewbooks
somephotos
（2）some,little,alittle可用于不可数名词
somefood,somemoney
alittlewater,littlewater
3.“量词＋of”结构与名词
acupofwater fivepiecesofmeat
twobagsofbooks abasketoforanges
4.howmany＋可数名词，howmuch＋不可数名词
Howmanybottlesarethereonthetable?
Howmuchwaterwouldyoulike?

六.do与make
1.do表示“做、干”指干具体的工作，强调动作。
Doitlikethis.
Canyoudoit?
Don’tthrowitlikethat.
Doyouwantago?
2.make意为“做”，指用某种材料制成产品，强调“制造、制作”

七.speak、talk、say、tell
1.speak意为“说话”
（1）用作不及物动词时，表示讲话、发言或发出话语的声音，不强调所说的内容。
PleasespeakinEnglish.
Theteacherisspeaking.

speakabout/of谈到…
I’mspeakingofmyfamily.
speakto/withsb.“和…谈
