ThispapertakesLInsuranceCompany'soutletconstructionprojectasanexample,andthroughtheidentification,evaluation,andcontrolofprojectrisks,proposescorrespondingstrategiesforprojectriskmanagement,aimingtohelpthecompanybettermanageprojectrisksandimprovethesuccessrateandefficiencyoftheproject.
