Intheintroduction,theimportanceoffoodsafetymanagementisexplained,andtheresearchpurposeandsignificancebasedonregulatorytheoryareputforward.Intheliteraturereviewsection,thebasicconceptsandmaincontentsofregulatorytheoryaresummarized,andthecurrentstatusandproblemsoffoodsafetymanagementarediscussedin-depth.
Intheresearchmethodssection,thisstudyadoptedliteratureresearchandcaseanalysismethod,collectedrelatedliteratureandcasematerials,andconducteddataanalysisandtheoreticalanalysis.
