基于STPA的CTCS-1级列控系统区域列控数据中心安全分析方法的研究的开题报告 Title:ResearchontheSafetyAnalysisMethodofCTCS-1LevelTrainControlSystemRegionalControlDataCenterBasedonSTPA 1.BackgroundandSignificance WiththerapiddevelopmentofChina'shigh-speedrail,higherrequirementsareproposedforthesafetyandreliabilityoftraincontrolsystems.CTCS-1leveltraincontrolsystemisacommunication-basedtraincontrolsystem,whichiswidelyusedinhigh-speedrailwaysandurbanrailtransit.Theregionalcontroldatacenteristhecoreofthetraincontrolsystem,whichisresponsibleformonitoringandcontrollingthetrainoperationstatus,andtimelyadjustingthetrainrunningplantoensurethesafetyoftrains.Therefore,thesafetyofregionalcontroldatacenteriscriticaltothesafeandreliableoperationofthetraincontrolsystem. Atpresent,themainsafetyanalysismethodsfortraincontrolsystemarefaulttreeanalysis(FTA)andeventtreeanalysis(ETA).However,thesemethodshavesomelimitationsinanalyzingcomplexsystems,suchasdifficultyinhandlingthedynamicbehavior,incompleterepresentationofcausalfactors,andinadequateconsiderationofhumanfactors.Thesystem-theoreticprocessanalysis(STPA)providesanewmethodforthesafetyanalysisofcomplexsystems,whichcaneffectivelyovercomethelimitationsofFTAandETA. 2.ResearchObjectivesandContents ThepurposeofthisstudyistoproposeasafetyanalysismethodfortheCTCS-1leveltraincontrolsystemregionalcontroldatacenterbasedonSTPA,whichcanprovideatheoreticalbasisforthesafetydesignandriskmanagementoftraincontrolsystems.Specifically,thestudywillachievethefollowingobjectives: 1)Analyzethesafetyrequirements,characteristics,andfunctionalcomponentsoftheregionalcontroldatacenterofCTCS-1leveltraincontrolsystem. 2)EstablishasystemmodelbasedonSTPAtoanalyzethesafetyhazardsandrisksoftheregionalcontroldatacenter,andidentifythecausalfactorsandscenariosthatleadtopotentialsystemfailures. 3)Quantitativelyevaluatetheriskleveloftheregionalcontroldatacenter,basedontheidentifiedhazardsandcausalfactors,andproposeeffectivesafetymeasuresandcontrolstoreduceoreliminatetheidentifiedrisks. 4)Conductacasestudy
