Introduction Inrecentyears,Chinahasundergoneasignificanttransformationinitseconomicdevelopment,shiftingfromahigh-speedgrowthphasetoamorestableandsustainabledevelopmentstage.Thistransition,knownasthenewnormal,posesgreatchallengesandopportunitiesforsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises(SMEs)inChina,particularlyintherealmoftechnologyinnovation.SMEsarethebackboneofChina’seconomy,withsignificantcontributionstoemployment,GDP,andexports.However,SMEsinChinaoftenfaceobstaclesintechnologyinnovation,whichhinderstheircompetitivenessandlimitstheirgrowthpotential.Therefore,itisessentialtoexplorethestrategiesandpoliciesthatcouldhelpSMEsinChinatoovercomethechallengesandpromotetechnologyinnovation. ResearchObjectives Thisstudyseekstoachievethefollowingobjectives: 1.AnalyzethecurrentstateoftechnologyinnovationinChineseSMEs,includingthepoliciesandincentivesavailabletopromoteit. 2.IdentifythekeychallengesandopportunitiesfacedbySMEsinChinaintherealmoftechnologyinnovation. 3.ProvideinsightsintobestpracticesandinnovativeapproachesthatcouldhelpSMEsinChinatoovercomethechallengesandpromotetechnologyinnovation.
