高校劳动教育评价指标体系的构建与实施

基于CIPP模型的实证研究

摘要:基于CIPP模型,构建了包含4个一级指标、10个二级指标与25个三级
指标的高校劳动教育评价指标体系,并在该评价指标体系上,运用模糊综合评价法、层
次分析法和熵权法,对安徽省A大学劳动教育实施效果进行了实证分析。结果表明:
安徽省A大学劳动教育总体效果良好,但在背景和投入方面相对薄弱。认为高校在劳
动教育中,要紧扣学生劳动素养提升的总目标,组建复合型高效师资队伍,推进“劳创
融合”协同育人,才能不断提高劳动教育育人成效。

Abstract:BasedontheCIPPmodel,anevaluationindexsystemoflaboreducationin
collegesanduniversitieswasconstructed,whichincluded4first-levelindicators,10
second-levelindicatorsand25third-levelindicators.Theimplementationeffectof
laboreducationinUniversityAinAnhuiProvincewasempiricallyanalyzedbyusing
fuzzycomprehensiveevaluationmethod,analytichierarchyprocessmethodand
entropyweightmethodonthisevaluationindexsystem.Theresultsshowedthatthe
overalleffectoflaboreducationatAUniversityinAnhuiProvincewasgood,butit
wasrelativelyweakintermsofbackgroundandinvestment.Itwasbelievedthat
universitiesshouldfocusontheoverallgoalofimprovingstudents’laborliteracyin
subsequentlaboreducation,establishacompositeandefficientteachingteam,
promotethecollaborativeeducationof“laborinnovationintegration”,and
continuouslyimprovetheeffectivenessoflaboreducation.
