Firstly,tojustifytheneedforbusinessprocessreengineering,weconductedacomprehensiveanalysisofthecompany'sorganizationalstructure,businessoperations,customerfeedback,andperformancedata.Basedonthisanalysis,weidentifiedseveralissuesrelatedtooutdatedprocesses,cumbersomeprocedures,poorcommunication,andlowproductivitythatsignificantlyimpactthecompany'sperformance. Secondly,wedevelopedaconceptualframeworkforbusinessprocessreengineeringconsistingoffourstages:assessment,design,implementation,andevaluation.WefurtherappliedthisframeworktoredesignthekeyprocessesofLianyungangTelecom,includingordermanagement,customerservice,andbilling.Theredesignedprocessesaimedtosimplifytheprocedures,enhancecommunication,andreducetheprocessingtimeandcosts. Thirdly,weevaluatedtheeffectivenessoftheredesignedprocessesbycomparingtheperformancemetricsbeforeandaftertheimplementation.Wefoundthatthereengineeringledtosignificantimprovementsinoperationalefficiency,customersatisfaction,andrevenuegrowth.Specifically,theaverageprocessingtimefororderswasreducedby30%,thecustomercomplaintratewasdecreasedby50%,andtherevenueincreasedby20%. Finally,weidentifiedseveralchallengesencounteredduringtheimplementationofbusinessprocessreengineering,suchasresistancetochange,lackofresources,andcoordinationdifficulties.Toovercomethesechallenges,weproposedseveralimplementationstrategies,includingstrongleadershipsupport,effectivecommunicationandtraining,andcontinuousmonitoringandevaluation.
