Abstract:
Thispaperintroducestheresearchprogressofthespatialresponsecharacteristicsofthepiezoelectrictransversewavestraightprobeandtheelectromagneticultrasonictransversewaveprobe,focusingonthecharacteristicsandexperimentalresults.First,thespatialresponsecharacteristicsofthepiezoelectrictransversewavestraightprobeweremodeledandanalyzed,includingsensitivedirections,sensitiveareas,andprobeparameters,andwereexperimentallyverified.Second,thespatialresponsecharacteristicsoftheelectromagneticultrasonictransversewaveprobewerenumericallysimulated,consideringprobeparameters,workingfrequency,andsignalsourceposition,andwereexperimentallyverified.Finally,theadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthetwoprobeswerecomparedandanalyzed,providingreferencefortheirselectioninpracticalapplications.
