中医药治疗鼻咽癌放疗后口干燥症的疗效观察的中期报告 【摘要】目的探讨中医药治疗鼻咽癌放疗后口干燥症的疗效及其影响因素。方法随机将120例鼻咽癌放疗后出现口干燥症的患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用中医药治疗，对照组采用西药对症治疗，进行12周疗效观察。结果两组患者治疗前口干燥评分、唾液分泌量、口腔粘膜湿润程度、生活质量评分比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后，治疗组患者口干燥评分、唾液分泌量、口腔粘膜湿润程度、生活质量评分均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。治疗组总有效率为90.0%，对照组为76.7%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论中医药治疗对鼻咽癌放疗后口干燥症有明显疗效，提高治疗患者的生活质量，适合在临床中推广应用。 【关键词】中医药；鼻咽癌；放疗后；口干燥症；疗效观察 【Abstract】ObjectiveToexploretheefficacyoftraditionalChinesemedicineinthetreatmentofxerostomiaafterradiotherapyfornasopharyngealcarcinomaanditsinfluencingfactors.MethodsOnehundredandtwentypatientswithxerostomiaafterradiotherapyfornasopharyngealcarcinomawererandomlydividedintoatreatmentgroupandacontrolgroup.ThetreatmentgroupwastreatedwithtraditionalChinesemedicine,andthecontrolgroupwastreatedwithWesternmedicinesymptomaticallyfor12weeks.ResultsTherewasnosignificantdifferenceinthedrymouthscore,salivasecretion,oralmucosalwetnessdegree,andqualityoflifescorebetweenthetwogroupsbeforetreatment(P>0.05).Aftertreatment,thedrymouthscore,salivasecretion,oralmucosalwetnessdegree,andqualityoflifescoreinthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.01).Thetotaleffectiverateofthetreatmentgroupwas90.0%,andthatofthecontrolgroupwas76.7%,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).ConclusionTraditionalChinesemedicinehassignificantefficacyinthetreatmentofxerostomiaafterradiotherapyfornasopharyngealcarcinoma,improvesthequalityoflifeofpatients,andissuitableforpromotionandapplicationinclinicalpractice. 【Keywords】TraditionalChinesemedicine;nasopharyngealcarcinoma;afterradiotherapy;xerostomia;efficacyobservation
