Thismid-termreportisareportonschool-basedresearchinvocationalschools.Theresearchaimstoexploretheeducationalandmanagementmodelsofvocationalschools,discoverexistingproblems,andproposefeasibleimprovementsolutions.Theresearchusedbothquantitativeandqualitativemethods,andthedatasourcesincludedquestionnairesurveysandinterviews.Analyzingandinterpretingdataindepth,thereportproposessomesuggestionsforimprovingtheeducationalandmanagementmodelsoftheschool.
Theresearchfoundthatstudentshavedifferentviewsonthemanagementandteachingmodelsoftheschool.Moststudentsthinktheschoolneedstomodifyitsmanagementandteachingmethodstoadapttotheneedsofmoderneducation.Inaddition,theresearchfoundthatteachersneedmorecomprehensivedevelopment,andclassroomteachingandpracticalteachingshouldbemoreintegrated.Atthesametime,theresearchfoundthattheschoolneedstopaymoreattentiontotheteacher-studentrelationshipandthepersonalizededucationneedsofstudents.Theresearchsuggeststhatschoolsshouldestablishmorecontactsbetweensocietyandschooltobettermeetstudents'employmentneeds.
