降解PBS菌株的选育及其解聚酶的研究的综述报告 Introduction Polybutylenesuccinate(PBS)isatypeofbiodegradablepolymerthathasbecomeincreasinglypopularinrecentyearsduetoitsenvironmentallyfriendlycharacteristicsandpotentialapplicabilityinvariousindustries.However,thelimitedabilityofmicroorganismstodegradePBShasbecomeamajorroadblockinitslarge-scaleproductionandapplication.OnesolutiontothisproblemistheselectionandbreedingofPBS-degradingbacteria,whichcanacceleratethedegradationofPBSandenhanceitsbiodegradability.ThisreviewaimstosummarizethecurrentresearchontheselectionandbreedingofPBS-degradingbacteria,aswellastheirdepolymeraseenzymes. SelectionandBreedingofPBS-DegradingBacteria TheselectionandbreedingofPBS-degradingbacteriainvolvetwomainapproaches:isolationandscreeningofnaturalPBS-degradingbacteriaandgeneticengineeringofbacteriatoexpressPBS-degradingenzymes.Bothtechniqueshavebeenappliedsuccessfullyinrecentstudies. IsolationandscreeningofnaturalPBS-degradingbacteria ThemostcommonapproachtoselectingPBS-degradingbacteriaisbyisolatingthemfromPBScontaminatedenvironments,suchassoil,water,orcompost.TheselectionprocessusuallystartsbyscreeningbacteriawithclearzonesofPBSdegradationonaPetridishcontainingPBSasthesolecarbonsource.OncethePBS-degradingbacteriaareidentified,theyarefurthertestedfortheirabilitytodegradePBSinliquidculture,undervariousconditions. SeveralstudieshavebeenconductedtoisolateandscreenPBS-degradingbacteriafromvariousenvironments.Forexample,Kuniokaetal.(2013)isolatedninePBS-degradingbacteriafromsludgesamplesandidentifiedBacillusfirmusstrainTB-23asthemostefficientdegrader.Inanotherstudy,Zhaoetal.(2015)isolatedandscreened52PBS-degradingbacteriafromsoilsamples,amongwhichfourstrainsshowedhigherdegradationratesthantheothers.
