Facingwiththegraduationnextyear,Ihavealreadybegunmycareerplanningunderthepressureofthetoughjobmarketandthelimitedchoicesofmymajoratpresent.WhenIwasyoung,mydreamjobwassameaswhatmyparentsexpected,thatwastobeateacher,whoteachesinauniversity,teachesaclassof“adults”,whonotonlyhasbothsummervocationandwinterholidayeveryyearbutahighpayingaswell,wholeadsasimplelife—arrangingmycourseplanning,attendingclassontimeandenjoyallthehappinessthisjobbringtoher,andwithoutconsideringtherisksofunemploymentforcollegeschoolteachersaresopopularandrespectable.Andnow,thingschangealotwithmyage—Ihavereceivedmoreeducation,andeventuallyrealitycomestomestepbystep,mydreamcareerisnotrelatedtotheteachingprofessionanymore,IthinkIshouldnotbeateacherinthenearfuture.ThereasonswhyIgiveupthedreamofsuchakindofholyjobareevidentandsimple.Althoughthisdecisionisalittlebitselfishtosomeextents,IjustcannotallowmyselftostartacareerwhichI‘mnotsureenoughwhetherIcanpersistittotheend.Nowadays,Chineseeducationsystemandsocialresourcesallocationhavesomeproblemsimpedingoureducationandteacherprofession.
