东鸿公司员工技能培训存在的问题与对策 毕设.doc

在如今经济发展与生产技术不断进步的大背景下，企业要保证自身的优势充分应对不断变化的市场环境和利用不断更新的技术都离不开各方面的人才，而企业通过对自己的员工进行技能培训来提高员工技能熟练度或者学习新的技能是培养企业人才的重要方式。
本文主要通过对东鸿公司的员工技能培训现状进行分析，通过找出东鸿公司员工技能培训中存在的问题并提出相应的建议来提高企业员工技能培训的效率，通过问卷调查法、调查文献与询问相关人员的方法搜集东鸿公司的数据，结合相关理论与其他案例进行分析东鸿公司员工技能培训需求，员工技能培训方式与员工技能培训效果评估，并针对其中存在的问题提出相应的对策。
通过对东鸿公司员工技能培训的分析，总结出东鸿公司存在员工技能培训需求不明确，员工技能培训方式不合理，以及没有完善技能培训效果评估的问题，这也是很多企业员工技能培训存在的问题，要解决这些问题，企业需要在员工技能培训做到明确技能培训需求，使用科学合理的培训的方式与有效的技能培训效果的评估。

Abstract
Inthecurrentcontextofeconomicdevelopmentandcontinuousimprovementofproductiontechnology,enterprisesmustensuretheirownadvantagestofullyrespondtothechangingmarketenvironmentandtheuseofconstantlyupdatedtechnologyareinseparablefromtalentsinallaspects,andenterprisesthroughtheiremployeesSkillstrainingtoimproveemployees'proficiencyorlearnnewskillsisanimportantwaytocultivatebusinesstalent.
Thisarticlemainlyanalyzesthecurrentsituationofemployees'skillstraininginDonghongCompany,andfindsouttheproblemsexistinginemployees'skillstraininginDonghongCompanyandputsforwardcorrespondingsuggestionstoimprovetheefficiencyofemployees'skillstraining.CollectedDonghong'sdatathroughquestionnaires,surveyliteratureandmethodsofaskingrelevantpersonnel,combinedwithrelevanttheoriesandothercasestoanalyzeDonghong'semployeeskillstrainingneeds,employeeskillstrainingmethodsandemployeeskillstrainingeffectivenessevaluation,andtargetedatthemExistingproblemsproposecorrespondingcountermeasures.
BasedontheanalysisofDonghong'semployeeskillstraining,itisconcludedthatDonghong'sproblemsinemployeeskillstrainingareunclear,theemployees'skillstrainingmethodsareunreasonable,andthereisnoperfectevaluationofskillstrainingeffects.Tosolvetheseproblems,enterprisesneedtomakecleartheirskillstrainingneedsinemployeeskillstraining,usescientificandreasonabletrainingmethods,andevaluatetheeffectivenessofeffectiveskillstraining.
