企业竞争情报与知识管理的整合研究
摘要
随着社会信息化的推进，各种组织都在引入知识管理系统和竞争情报系统，以提高其运行效率和竞争力。在查阅和研读大量相关文献的基础上,国内外竞争情报与知识管理关系研究状况进行回顾,并在此基础上总结了知识管理系统和竞争情报系统之间的互融性。
本文第一、二章，分别对竞争情报和知识管理的基本概念、作用及有关问题进行了综述，第三章在一、二章的基础上，对竞争情报和知识管理的异同性进行了分析，并在理论上对两者的融合性进行了分析。并且探讨了两者整合的具体实现，分别从组织和流程方面提出了两者的整合模型，并构建了两者整合的共享技术平台。通过以上相关理论知识及融合模型的分析，最后阐明了企业竞争情报和知识管理两者的融合对于切实提高企业竞争力具有非常重要的意义。

Abstract
Withtheadvanceofinformationsociety,organizationsintroducedknowledgemanagementsystemsandcompetitiveintelligencesystemstoimproveitsoperatingefficiencyandcompetitiveness.Byreadalotintheliterature,reviewedthestatusofrelationshipofcompetitiveintelligenceandknowledgemanagement.Onthatbasis,summedupthethefusionofknowledgemanagementsystemsandcompetitionintelligencesystems.
Thisarticlefirst,twochapters,separatelytothecompetitioninformationandtheknowledgemanagementbasicconcept,thefunctionandtherelatedquestionhavecarriedonthesummary,thethirdchapterinone,twochapteroffoundations,hascarriedontheanalysistothecompetitioninformationandtheknowledgemanagementsimilaritiesanddifferences,andtheoreticallyhascarriedontheanalysistobothfusion.Andhasdiscussedbothconformityconcreterealization,separatelyproposedfromtheorganizationandtheflowaspectbothconformitymodel,andhasconstructedbothconformitysharingtechnologyplatform.Throughabovecorrelationtheoriesknowledgeandthefusionmodelanalysis,finallyhadexpoundedtheenterprisecompetitioninformationandtheknowledgemanageboththefusionregardingtoenhancetheenterprisecompetitivepowertohavetheextremelyvitalsignificancepractically.
